This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Desgaste normal
- Montagem inadequada
- Corrosão
- Manutenção inadequada
- Instalação de componentes, peças ou acessórios não originalmente destinados ou compatíveis com a bicicleta vendida
- Danos ou falhas devido a acidente, mau uso, abuso ou negligência
- Encargos trabalhistas para substituição ou troca de peças
- Produtos não proprietários (qualquer outra peça ou componente original) cobertos pela garantia original do fabricante
- Riscos cosméticos ou manchas não estruturais em jantes ou rodas

This warranty applies to:
- Todas as bicicletas do ano de modelo 2022 e mais recentes
- Peças e acessórios adquiridos após 14 de dezembro de 2021.
This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, fork, or components. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item at the manufacturer’s discretion. This warranty extends from the date of receipt. MIDONKEY is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages unless prohibited by state law. Claims made outside the country of original purchase may be subject to fees and additional restrictions. Warranty duration and detail may vary by country. The English version of the warranty shall prevail.
